The space This space is a suite in a turn of the century Catskill Cottage and has a soundproof barrier, and a private entrance 0ff the front porch. It's such a warm and comfortable space, loved by everyone who's visits. Dogs are welcome, and there's plenty of space for your dog to run, although it's not fenced in, so owner must mind the dog if off leash. The Wi-Fi is quite sufficient, and will handle all your needs, to include Wi-Fi calling and the space isair conditioning..Main room and bedroom is equipped with Amazon firestick streaming tv and movies. Guest access The guest has the entire private suite and has use of the front porch for BBQing and lounging and listening to the nearby babbling brook. there is an expansive lawn area which is available for play. Other things to note sit on the front porch and listen to the sound of nature..we are approximately 1.75 miles from the town of Phoenicia which has restaurants, a market, and great shops in a bucolic mountain setting..come for a visit and never want to leave!!
