winter is on the way!!..the mountains are beautiful at this Suite with private entrance in the Catskills countryside!! this cabin is close to Hiking, skiing, fishing, and Shopping and restaurants are just a short drive away. this house is situated where the Pantherkill Brook empties into the Woodland valley stream, which then runs into the Famed Esopus Creek, all in the heart of the Catskill state park. experience the Catskills with some of its most prolific History! The space This space is a suite in a turn of the century Catskill Cottage and has a soundproof barrier, and a private entrance 0ff the front porch. It's such a warm and comfortable space, loved by everyone who's visits. Dogs are welcome, and there's plenty of space for your dog to run, although it's not fenced in, so owner must mind the dog if off leash. The Wi-Fi is quite sufficient, and will handle all your needs, to include Wi-Fi calling and the space is air conditioned..Main room and bedroom is equipped with Amazon firestick streaming tv and movies. Guest access The guest has the entire private suite and has use of the front porch for BBQing and lounging and listening to the nearby babbling brook. there is an expansive lawn area which is available for play. Other things to note Grab a fishing pole..Fishing season is upon us, or sit on the front porch and listen to the sound of nature..we are approximately 1.75 miles from the town of Phoenicia which has restaurants, a market, and great shops in a bucolic mountain setting..come for a visit and never want to leave!!
