This little house is everything that you need to crash to between days exploring the island, enjoying the fresh air from the sea and the joy of a morning ocean dip right from your garden. Breathtaking sunrise / sunset views included :) The space Private tiny house with a curtain-separated bed / aircon area, living room with ceiling fan, outdoor deck with hammock, working area & small sea view, separated private toilet & outdoor bathroom with hot shower. Great internet connection, we now have Fiber providing stable internet connection between 200 & 400 MBPS ! Fully equiped kitchen with French Press & unlimited fresh ground coffee :) Parking space on the street in front. Guest access Self check in with lockbox. The whole house is yours :) It is possible to rent scooters (with or without surf racks) & surf boards. Please let us know in advance if you need some to ensure their availabilities ! From the airport, you can take one of the many shuttles waiting there and give them the direction, they will drop you straight to the house for 300php/pax. Other things to note ** Please read before booking : Kindly note that this is a native traditional house, the house has been designed to breath in and out and there are some air gaps between the roof and the walls that doesn't keep the house fully aircon proof and might allow some insect in and out (like most of the island houses). The aircon is only designed for the bed area which is closing with curtains. The rest of the house is supposed to be left at ambiant temperature, however there is a ceiling fan and stand fan to keep it cool, and moskito coil provided to keep them away. Moskitos are kept away when any of these 2 are used. Please read the announce well. Lately some people have been complaining on arrival that the house was not "as they expected", please expect a small native house near the beach on a local neighborhood that is sometimes quiet and sometimes has noise, and read the comments of previous guests to have an idea of the experience of the Siargao Island life on a budget. The pictures are taken with wide angle but reflect how the house is. Best ocean swimming conditions at high tide. Scooter recommended to drive around but close to the main road by a direct path walking straight to the opposite of the ocean.
