The space 🏡Paradise Nest -The Waterfall Villa has a lake view with natural waterfall flowing underneath the home ONLY DURING THE MONSOONS....with no sight of any construction for miles, you will be so very close to nature! Each season brings with it refreshing palettes of nature's glorious colors! A fun filled space with elating experiences. The rent includes morning tea/coffee. ☀️☔️❄️WEATHER & WATER: Being in the green zone forest area we encourage breathing in the fresh mountain air. Light blankets are used at night, but due to global warming and for those guests who are sensitive to sound we have installed air conditioners which is available @ Rs. 500/-per night per room. It is best to decide once you reach here as the weather through the year is pleasant except perhaps in April and May. Please message me if you would like to use it. 🌳Please note Lonavala is a NO PLASTIC tourist destination and we strictly follow the norms under Environment Protection and Pollution Control Act. To book another room please message. Guest access NO VISITORS (LOCAL OR OUT OF TOWN) ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY OTHER THAN GUESTS WHO HAVE BOOKED AN ‘AIRBNB experience by INVITATION’ to use the lounge area. STRICTLY NO DRIVERS are allowed to spend the night in the car on grounds of humanity. Please make arrangements for accommodation in the market guest house should you choose to book our space. A private entrance leads to both the guest rooms on the first floor. You can dine and order your breakfast in the cafe type lounge area where music could play from 11am - 11pm. You could also enquire about this space for private parties for verified guests through invitations. During your stay IMP: Morning tea/coffee is complimentary. Please order your own breakfast and feel free to carry your food and beverages. You can order fresh home cooked breakfast/food from Mr. Borkar too. There is a fridge, hot water kettle and microwave oven in the shared pantry. During your stay a dining table will be reserved for you in the lounge area. You are welcome to eat your meals provided you and clear up separating DRY and WET garbage. A HUMBLE REQUEST NOT TO THROW ANY PLASTIC, WRAPPERS OR GLASS BOTTLES IN OR AROUND THE PROPERTY. Please place your valuables in your car or lock them up. Have a blast! :) Other things to note A private entrance leads to TWO AIRBNB GUESTS ROOMS on the first floor (which is the GUEST ENCLAVE PART of the ENTIRE VILLA). Guests will have no access to the private home section of the villa but can explore the entire property of over two acres.😊 One fan and one light in the bedroom is connected to the inverter when there is no electricity. Our caretakers will help you with heating up food and water to make your stay comfortable. Being the forest area cobwebs may pop up too! Please inform them to clean up if it bothers you. Approximate season highlights: May: Fireflies and Gulmohar trees June to Mid September: Water bodies such as the lake and waterfall form only during monsoon season. Sept to May: Wild yellow flowers in September. You can find crystal rocks on from the dry lake bed.
