Why MIGA's Haven? Our place is equipped with Air-conditioned, SmartTV/Netflix/ Wifi Internet, Heater,Fridge, Induction Stove, Microwave, Kettle, Rice Cooker and two Double-sized beds. It is located right across SM City-Cebu and very ideal to all modes of transportation. It is also a few minutes away from the airport and a walking distance to the seaport and North Bus terminal. Besides this, our place is also a few meters away to major banks. The space Our place has a minimalist and yet elegant design. You will be pampered with the comfort that our unit has to offer with two double sized beds and soft pillows, assuring you with pleasant relaxation as you rest with family or friends. Please note that we provide a mattress for the extra guest in excess of four. Kindly let us know the total number of people staying so we can prepare everything for your comfort in advance. Guest access The building has a coffee shop, a convenience store, and a laundry shop. There are lots of local restaurants nearby serving authentic Cebuano cuisine open at 7:00 AM until 9:00 PM . The condominium is also a few meters away to major banks; BDO, BPI and Metrobank, assuring you access to cash before indulging in the beauty of Cebu. Other popular destinations nearby our place include: Ayala Mall, Robinson Galeria, IT Park, Ocean Park, the Magellan Cross, Chonghua Hospital and UC Medical Center. Swimming Pool and Gym Access The swimming pool is located on the 6th floor. • Complimentary access is available for two guests. • Additional guests may enter for ₱100 per person (payable to the pool attendant). Pool Registration Process: 1. Inform the attendant of your unit number. 2. Complete the log sheet (name, unit number, time in/out). Pool Hours of Operation: • Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN • Afternoon: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Closed on Tuesdays for maintenance. Sometimes, the pool is CLOSED for exclusive event. Note: Please wear dry clothes upon leaving the pool. Wet swimwear is not permitted in the lobby or elevators. Other things to note Reservation Information Kindly declare the number of persons who will be staying in your reservation so that we can prepare the linens and towels accordingly. Parking Information • ❌ Parking is not complimentary. • ✔️ Paid parking is available at ₱300 per night. Note: Slots are limited and must be reserved in advance. To reserve, please provide the following: 1. Car model 2. Color 3. License plate number Payment may be made via GCash or upon arrival. Early payment is advised to confirm your reservation. Check-In and Check-Out: • Check-in Time: From 2:00 PM onwards • Check-out Time: Until 11:00 AM Early Check-In Fee: ₱100/hour until 2:00 PM Late Check-Out Fee: ₱100/hour until 5:00 PM Note: After 5:00 PM, a full night rate will be charged. Kindly inform us in advance if you require early check-in or late check-out. Approval is subject to availability. Laundry Services • There is no in-unit washing machine. However, a laundry station is located beside the coffee shop just outside the lobby. Housekeeping • Fresh linens and towels are provided upon check-in. • Towel change is complimentary every three days upon request. • For bookings of 7 nights or more, a free general cleaning is provided once per week. • Daily cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee. • Please advise us in advance if you wish to schedule housekeeping.
