Our cozy, well-kept downstairs unit is close to everything. Walkable to coffee shops, bars and restaurants, shopping, and transit to the larger Bay Area. High-speed wireless Internet, laundry, and all utilities included. **If you have a car, please read the parking information listed below.** The space Living room, 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 twin), full bath. Living room has queen sofa bed for additional sleeping option. Full kitchen with gas stove, apartment-sized refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, hot pot. Private downstairs entrance. Secure garage for storage only (no parking). Laundry in garage. Unit is roughly 600 square feet with 7-foot ceilings. Think compact, cozy, comfortable. Soundproofing in the ceiling provides a quiet experience. Guest access Oakland's Temescal and Uptown districts are within walking distance, and a major BART transit station (with trains to Berkeley and SF) is less than two blocks away. Ramps to major freeways are less than five minutes away. Parking is limited to two hours during the week. From Monday-Friday, you need to move your car to a non-permit zone between 10AM and 4PM. No restrictions on weekends. Visitor parking permits are available for $27 per 14-day permit. With a permit, you don't need to move your car. I need to order them in advance, so please message me if interested. There is also unrestricted parking within a few blocks of the house. I can provide a map.
