House by the sea just 4 km from Cefalù and 1 km from S. Ambrogio. The house is part of a complex of terraced villas located a short walk from the sea. The beach it overlooks is among the most beautiful and pristine in the area, characterized by stone and gravel. The sea bed is almost entirely fine sand (but may change depending on storm surges). Simply put, it's a real house on the sea! The accommodation has AC and SmartTV with Netflix subscription in every room. The space Beautiful place to totally relax. In addition, the master bedroom is equipped with a safe. The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace with direct access to the beach. The private terrace, for the exclusive use of our guests, is equipped with several relaxation areas (sofa, deck chairs, sun loungers), a heated outdoor shower and a beautiful table where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with sea views. Near the property (about a 5-minute walk away) there is a beachfront café/restaurant/pizzeria. Just 1 km from the accommodation (a route we recommend covering by car) is the small and characteristic hamlet of Sant'Ambrogio, which is part of the municipality of Cefalù, where you can find two excellent restaurants with spectacular sea views, a pizzeria, a bar, a wine bar, and a small grocery store. Just 4 km away is the center of Cefalù, where you can find everything you need. Guest access 1) Guests have private parking right in front of the courtyard entrance to the property. 2) The price for two guests includes the cost of bed linens for the double bed only! If, however, one of the two guests wishes to sleep in another room, the cost for the additional bedding, equivalent to €10, must be taken into account. Payment can be made through Airbnb by selecting the “send money ” item Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTES FOR OUR GUESTS: As per the "Regulation of short-term rental tax in the city of Cefalù", cash payment of said tax is expected upon your arrival (from April 1 to October 31). The tourist tax in the municipality of Cefalù is €2 per night per person. For stays longer than 5 nights, payment is only required for the first 5 nights. Children from 0 to 12 years of age and other special categories provided for in the regulation, which you can review on the municipality of Cefalu website and in our house, are exempt from this tax.
