Enjoy staying in my beautiful Art Nouveau home built during the 1890s but with all the modern amenities one could wish for. Thoughtfully renovated two-bedroom apartment with large ample rooms featuring historically high ceilings decorated in ornate stucco moldings, queen-size beds, high-speed internet, and a large spacious walk-in rain shower. The ideal place to call home while in Prague for either a long weekend, a business trip, or why not a long stay. Let my reviews speak for themselves! The space The apartment has just been through a full renovation in 2015 with many of the original building features repaired and reinstated, and high-quality appliances and finishes throughout. The apartment has a spacious living room with a large comfortable sofa, a wall-mounted TV above a fireplace, a dining area in the bay window with space for up to 4 people, and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, water kettle, coffee maker and toaster) and modern abstract art on the walls. The master bedroom has a large queen size bed and a work desk that travelers can use to work from. The second bedroom has a large queen size bed and a wall-mounted TV. The apartment comes with modern Dyson cooling fans for those warmer summer days. The bathroom features a large mirror, a walk-in rain shower, underfloor heating, and a hairdryer. In the hallway, there is a built-in linen closet with a washer and dryer machines that are available throughout your stay. All rooms feature modern Scandinavian design furniture, Apple TVs and Netflix come with all TVs. Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra cost and high-speed WiFi is available throughout the apartment for free. Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal throughout your stay. Other things to note Check-in/Check-out: We do our best to be as flexible as possible for your convenience. We can sometimes meet individual requests that are outside the applied times (check-in from 3 pm, check-out until 11 am) and can give you at least the possibility to leave your luggage in the apartment after/before the official check-in/out times. Noise: The neighboring building is undergoing some renovation work and thus some noise can be expected during your stay. Mainly in the small bedroom as it’s adjacent to the building that’s being renovated. Light and/or late sleepers are recommended to bring earplugs.
