It has a full kitchen, a separate bedroom with a new Avocado Mattress Organic queen sized bed (as of 6/2019) and attached full bath. The living area has a pull out couch for additional guests as well as a 4 seat high top table and eating area. Please the unit has NO CABLE Tv or no local TV access. The cottage is located on the same block as coffee shops, restaurants, bike shops, deli and a market. A cozy fire pit is situated in our courtyard surrounded by a serene, garden like setting. Come to relax and get away from it all. Read a book and sip tea on our deck and cozy outdoor furniture. Enjoy a great BBQ dinner in the courtyard. Please keep in mind that there is NO AC in the unit. Parking is available on site for a small fee. Please inquire at booking. Guest access The cottage and the courtyard, including a fire pit and patio is available to guests.
