The space On offer is a luxurious apartment with 180 degree views of the ocean, Surfers Paradise beach, Cavill Ave, Orchid Ave, the mountains, the cityscape!!! There's a variety of bars & clubs in the building and along Orchid Ave + our unit is in the most conveniently located apartment building in Surfers :) The entire apartment is beautiful, bright, modern, and clean - and has all of the extras you could ask for!!! - Full kitchen - Laundry facilities - Spacious open living - Your own private restroom + large shower - Use of our landscaped garden/amenities area - Free Wifi - Comfortable queen-size bed - Large TV in your room - Block-out blinds - Full-length mirror - Wardrobe and drawers - Reverse-cycle heater/air conditioner Please note: - When we're home, we Airbnb the spare bedroom and share the other spaces. - When we're out, our personal bedroom is locked and off-limits. - There are different blankets we use on your bed. Guest access Guests are free to respectfully enjoy the great facilities our building has to offer: - Heated pool - Spa/hot tub - Sauna - Kids pool - BBQ area - Gym - Gardens No smoking inside of the apartment, but outside on the balcony is fine! **There is a secure undercover car park with lift access to the apartment (parking costs not included, please see photo attached for fees).** During your stay We are fun & friendly hosts, active socially, and respectful of your privacy :) If you need advice on fun activites, we are happy to provide it. As Homestay parents for many years, as well as hosting people from around the world through Airbnb, we are understanding of language barriers. We're located in the heart of the party & entertainment capital of Australia ~ so if you want a spot in the centre of the city, this is the perfect place for you!
