Villa in Sardinia – sea and mountains

Amazing and peaceful independent house located on a country road. Great to enjoy the sea and to relax! The space Living room with kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Sleeps up to 5 people (2 in each room and one on the studio couch in the living room). Outside the house is a porch where you can have lunch and enjoy the view. Wifi internet available. Guest access Access to the house is from the road. You can park up to 2 cars inside. You will have complete access to all the areas of the house and the garden. Other things to note The house is in the countryside, only 15 minutes by car from the seaside. As its position is quite isolated, the nearest markets and shops can be found in the town Triei (3Km) or Lotzorai (9 Km). The house is in the countryside so it can happen that sometimes little dogs or cats come around. They are absolutely harmless and will leave if you don't feed them, but please, do not let them into the apartment! IMPORTANTE: Guests are kindly requested to take care of the waste collection and to dispose correctly in the bins outside the gate, during and at the end of their stay.
