Hello, I’m a super host but this is my personal home and it’s new to Air BnB! Be the first to book our bright and newly renovated Home located just off of Hwy 80. *with New Hot Tub!*Easy freeway access makes our home a great launch pad for your outdoor adventures in the rolling foothills and Sierra Nevada. Plenty of room for family and friends! Please no parties. This little town hosts breweries, wineries, and restaurants.....all within a few minutes when you stay in this little slice of country The space The home is clean and easy to live in. There is parking for 3 cars.. 2 Bedrooms are upstairs and open living and dining are downstairs along with 2 more bedrooms, and a laundry room. The backyard is quiet and large and tree lined with garden boxes of fresh veggies in the summer and the cutest little 6 hens with fresh eggs all year! The backyard contains a comfortable living and dining area under a beautiful wood patio cover as well as a BBQ, a Hot Tub, and a separate dog run for your traveling buddy! Also available to guests is a she-shed complete with yoga mat, bands, small free-weights and a peloton in a converted shed with A/C or heat. Freeway Access and gas stations are under 1/2 a mile. And if you’d like to walk to a brewery, wine tasting, or restaurant then this is your spot! The town of Loomis is quaint and offers anything you might need. Grocery, Breakfast, Breweries, Wineries! Newcastle market is a lovely deli and fresh fruit market close by. And all the Auburn trails and Folsom Lake, as well as the Quarry Adventure Ropes course is nearby. Guest access Parking for 3 cars in the driveway. The home is stocked well. Any appliances and cooking utensils as well as a fridge are available for use. The backyard is yours to enjoy, a Hot Tub, a seating area, lounge chairs and even a she shed with a peloton and yoga mat for a workout on your vacation. Other things to note I will be leaving my home to you for the duration of your stay, but some things like closets, drawers, or the garage and attic are off limits to guests fyi. There is a cat and 2 dogs who call this home and they travel with me when guests book, but be aware if allergies are an issue.
