Gothic Victorian Villa, in five separate apartments sleeping up to 18 guests. Please request a price for 17 or 18. 10 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4 cloaks, 5 sitting rooms and two patios. WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT HEN OR STAG GROUPS BUT CAN ACCEPT 2 MEDIUM SIZED DOGS. LOCAL FEE PAYABLE From the moment you enter the entrance hall, with its mahogany & stone staircase you will feel that you are staying in the most unusual accommodation you have ever known. The space This ancient gothic Victorian villa is situated on the lower slopes of the Wells Road close to the River Avon and the South entrance into the centre of Bath. Set back from the road, behind an iron gate, this gothic wonder was once a Victorian Schoolhouse. Its owners have lovingly rearranged it into five uniquely decorated apartments set on 4 floors. This is a character-filled building and is not the "perfect boutique hotel" so many guests desire nowadays. It may not be your cup of tea, but if you enjoy the unusual and the quirky, this is the right place for you. Flat 1 is The Balloon Watchers Retreat and offers a quaint one bedroom apartment, with an extra single bed, located on the ground floor, with access to the front patio and the gorgeous cloakroom opposite your flat, off of the stunning foyer. Flat 2 is Erte's Atelier, sleeps 4, with eclectic decor and is another one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the sitting room. It is on the first floor. Flat 3 is the Dressmakers Salon. This is a huge 3 bedroom flat that sleeps 5, is very uniquely furnished and is also on the first floor. Flat 4 is the Skylight Loft. This is a spacious apartment that takes up the entire 2nd floor and has two bedrooms, very eclectic decor and has amazing view. It sleeps 3. Flat 5 is the Grand Garden Apartment, which takes up the entire lower ground floor and has its own patio, a spacious and bohemian style sitting/dining room, has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 5. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourselves , so you can use all the outside spaces, behind our iron gates. Other things to note You will be renting the entire villa, which includes 5 separate apartments, so there is no large space for meeting or eating together. Please try to keep the contents of each apartment in their apartments. If you bring serving pieces, cutlery, etc to have family dinners in the bigger apartments, please return items to their proper homes. Thank you. No check in on 25th or 26th December or 1st January
