This is private, new luxury Villa, located 700 m from the Indian Ocean. Close to supermarkets, shops,bars and restaurants.Its a fully equipped modern house, with 3 employees, a beautiful pool,spectacular roof terrasse,beautiful garden to enjoy. The space The Villa has 2 bedrooms with air conditions and an option of a fan & mosquito net. Each room has a different interior decoration, furniture and different artifacts which have been collected in different countries around the world giving the rooms a very global feel. (All bedrooms have king size beds and the double room has an extra single bed & their own beautifull bathrooms) The villa has a private swimming pool with spectacular view from both the living room, Master balcony and the roof terrace. There is an outdoor garden terrace with pool beds. The roof terrace has a huge beautifull lounge & also an exotic night bed (2m by 2m) with a mosquito net where one can have the experience of sleeping outside and enjoy the breeze and the stars. There is also a Lamu daybed with mosquito net in our garden under the palms. The villa has different seating areas on different locations in and outside the garden. Wifi, Satellite TV, a safe box and hot water is also included. There is also a fully equipped imported kitchen with kitchen ware, oven, extra big fridge with deepfreezer, ice maker and dish washer.
