Cozy Cottonwoods Escape! Ski, hike, relax!

Welcome! This cozy and bright private basement guest suite is located 5 minutes from the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon and less than 10 minutes from Big Cottonwood Canyon, giving you amazing access to the best skiing, hiking and other outdoor recreation the valley has to offer. This listing also includes garage storage to keep your outdoor gear safe and out of the way during your stay. Come stay! The space Your space includes one closed door bedroom, a full kitchen, bathroom, a living room with Roku TV and WiFi, and a second "bedroom" that is studio-style and open to the rest of the living area. You'll enter through the garage using a keypad where you're welcome to store anything you'd like during your stay. The unit is a basement apartment with the home owners living in the upstairs. We keep quiet, but can't promise you won't hear us at all! The thermostat is controlled upstairs for the entire house. We keep the temperature around 68-72 degrees, but happy to change if visitors would like. There is also a space heater and fan in the basement for use. Guest access Parking includes one driveway spot. Street parking is also available. Other things to note You will be amazed at how quickly you can get up to the ski resorts from this location! Hard to beat, centered between the canyons with incredible access.
