Good things definitely come in pet friendly, environmentally conscious, small packages. Solar upgrade makes this lake front cottage 100% energy efficient. Built with an open, thoughtful design offering private bath, washer/dryer, full kitchen, Hotel Suite Luxury bedding and Tempur-Pedic mattress, blazing fast wifi, 46"HDTV (w/ Netflix, Sling, Prime and Plex), private deck with nice lake view. Cozy, charming and stocked with everything you could want for a perfect vacation or staycation. The space PLEASE NOTE: The cottage offers a VIEW of the lake from the deck and the side yard. Due to property lines and zoning there is no direct access to the lake from the cottage property, but a small beach (Little Beach) is only a 5 min walk from the cottage. Little Beach offers up close viewing of the lake but there is no swimming or fishing on Little Beach. PETS: There is NO private secure area to let pets run free. However, we offer a pet-safe, premium grade AstroTurf area where pets can do their business when you don’t have time for a full neighborhood walk. Pets must be on a leash outside the cottage and walked around the neighborhood or at the local park. The cottage is a new construction, built from the ground up with a thoughtfully planned, open design. Energy saving with high efficiency spray foam insulation top to bottom. Home is on the grid but with 100% solar energy offset carbon neutral footprint. Property is handicapped accessible, no stairs outside or in. Off street parking right outside the door and a coded lockbox allows super easy self check-in/check-out. Get connected by jumping on the blazing fast mesh network WiFi and the included high quality Bluetooth speaker to listen to your favorite tunes. Like it warmer or cooler? Use the remote control to set temperature on the efficient and quiet mini split HVAC unit. Use the fireplace remote control to set the brightness and color of the flames on the wall-mounted fireplace. The kitchen has lots of storage plus basics like spices, oils and condiments for any meal ingredients you bring. A toaster, microwave, teapot, and Keurig coffee maker (with complimentary coffee, cream and sweeteners) will make it feel like home in no time. Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cups, mugs and wine glasses, what more could you ask for? There is even a couple of frosted beer glasses in the freezer. The private bathroom features a full size 36” shower with detachable shower head, extra towels, a hair dryer, body wash, conditioner, shampoo and a medicine cabinet with lots of toiletries and sundries. A stacked full size washer/dryer is free to use with complimentary detergent in case you need to run a load. A super comfortable Tempur-Pedic brand double (ie. full size), high quality Hotel Suite brand bedding and pillows will help make your sleep the most comfortable. Like to watch TV in bed? The 46” flatscreen ROKU TV with free local HD channels, FREE Netflix, HBO Max, Sling and Disney+ is included. A stand-up wardrobe with a full length mirror, hangers, and a clothes iron will help you and your clothes look their best. The large windows face west, letting in afternoon light and offering a view of a landscaped yard. The windows also feature blackout curtains for those that like to sleep in and keep things dark. Go for a stroll around the neighborhood and stop by Little Beach at the end of the street to take in the lake view. Take another stroll at dinner time to Guiseppe’s Italian Bistro (incredible artisan pizza) just a short walk from the cottage. We really look forward to making your stay at the cottage truly outstanding. Guest access You get the whole cottage and off-street parking for one vehicle. Additional vehicle may park on the street. NOTE: The cottage offers a VIEW of the lake from the deck but there is no direct access to the lake from the cottage property. The view in the photos you see in the listing are taken from the driveway facing south, which you will see when you pull in (as it appears in the first picture in the listing). The two large windows in the cottage face west to a side yard. The cottage does not offer access to the side yard and does not offer a water view from within the cottage. Pets must be walked on a leash when outside the cottage and there is an area just outside for pets to do their business when a full walk is inconvenient.
