It is composed of: • a double bedroom, • a bedroom with two single beds, • a living room with a dining area and a comfortable double sofa bed, • Separate kitchen equipped with basic cooking facilities, utensils and pots, dishes, microwave, kettle, coffee machine (both moka and pods), etc. • Bathroom with shower. Service present: • Fast fiber Wi-Fi, also ideal for remote working • TV, washing machine, hairdryer • Sheets and towels included It can accommodate up to 6 people; for groups of 5 or 6 guests, two beds are obtained from the sofa bed in the living room (as shown in the photo). If we can, we will meet your needs by AGREEMENT when you make your reservation (and consistent with our commitments) and EXACT communication of your arrival time. ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL, WE ASK YOU TO CONFIRM THE AGREED TIME TO ALLOW US TO BEST ORGANIZE YOUR CHECK-IN :-) Other things to note 🛏️ Use of the rooms To ensure order, comfort and proper management of the spaces, the rooms are made available based on the number of guests indicated in the reservation. The rooms not included remain closed. In particular: • 1–2 guests: a room will be provided (double or with two single beds, according to request and availability); • 3–4 guests: the double bedroom and the bedroom with two single beds will be available; • 5–6 guests: both bedrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room will be available. If you would like a room for each guest (up to a maximum of 3 people), you must request it in advance; in this case, there is a surcharge. 💶 Accommodation tax The accommodation tax is €3.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 5 nights per person per month, and is managed directly by Airbnb. Minors up to the age of 14 are exempt: the amount is initially calculated by the system and subsequently refunded through Airbnb after verification of the identity document.
