Amazing Villa with stunning Seaviews in Orba

Spend your next holiday in this dreamlike holiday villa with breathtaking sea view and mountain panorama. The unique Orba Valley with its gentle climate offers the best conditions for this. The space Situated south on the mountainside, adjacent to a protected natural oasis with fantastic views of the sea and the mountains. Plenty of peace and privacy ideal for stress relief and sunbathing. The villa is situated on a large plot (approx.2.400 sqm) in the district of l'Aspre only a few minute's drive from all services. In Orba you can find many small shops, restaurants, bars, cafés and a supermarket. Of course, you can also reach the village on foot. For the way back, however, you should bear in mind that the house is on a mountain and therefore there are various gradients to overcome. A bit of sportiness is therefore an advantage ;-) In only 15 minutes you can reach the biggest shopping centre of the region, the "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara. The beautiful sand beaches are only about 20 minutes away. Alicante and Valencia are the nearest airports, about an hour's drive from the resort of Orba. In order to be mobile, flexible and comfortable, you need a car to explore the area. The area with its very varied altitude profiles is perfectly suited for mountain bikers, racing cyclists and mountain hikers. A large golf resort (Oliva Nova) is located about 23 minutes away, directly at the sea. The villa has been completely renovated and equipped. It offers a very spacious room layout and sea views from almost all rooms. On the first floor you will find the fantastic master bedroom with open bathroom en-suite and free-standing bathtub as well as a smaller bedroom (double bed 1,40 x 2,00 m) and a guest toilet in the hallway area. The large living room with dining area and the modern open kitchen invites you to cook and relax. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, etc. An internal staircase connects the upper floor with the lower living area. There is a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as well as another bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with bathtub. In the passage room there is a sitting area with extra fridge and a football table. In addition, there is a small laundry room with washing machine in the basement. The new Mitsubishi A/C inverter units (cool/heat) in all sleeping areas, living, dining and kitchen areas, as well as the fireplace (gas) and mosquito nets provide pleasant climatic conditions. The radiators shown in the photos are not active! For entertainment, LED Smart TV with NETFLIX function and international channels (ASTRA 1 satellite reception) and Spanish TV are available. Free WIFI internet (fiber optic connection with 600 Mbit) can be used unlimited. In the outdoor area, a large pool with Roman steps and spectacular views of the sea and mountain landscape awaits you. On the pool terrace there is also a wonderful outdoor shower with hot and cold water including sea view. A cozy chill lounge is located on the terrace above the pool. Further seating areas at the house offer various sun and shade spots. There is also a gas barbecue here. Two vehicles can be parked under the carport, protected from the sun. 1 set of bed linen and towels, also for the pool area, are included in the rental price. You are also welcome to order fresh bed linen and towels at an extra charge (please discuss with caretaker). 120 KWh electricity consumption per week is included in the rental price. Additional consumption is charged at 0.35 €/KWh extra and depends mainly on individual consumption habits. Among other things, air conditioning and water heating are operated electrically. A mindful use of the resource saves costs. Check-in is possible from 3 pm - 11 pm. Check-out is until 10 am. Arrival after 11 pm must be arranged in advance. Check-in is no longer possible after 00 am. Our caregiver will personally check you in and out, explain all necessary details about the property and will also be available to assist you during your stay. Once you have booked the property, you will receive the contact details of the caregiver. We kindly ask you to contact us in time to discuss all necessary details regarding your arrival. Immediately after booking, you will also receive a message regarding the official registration of all guests. This registration requirement has been strictly enforced by law in Spain since 2025 and must be completed digitally via the internet by the guest in good time before arrival in order to simplify the check-in process.
