Located in Locust Lake at pines lake where you can just grab our canoe & go for a nice fishing trip at the end of the day the kids gets entertained all day. We provide basically everything you could possibly need for your best vacation The space ✨ Bring your family & friends to this cozy lake retreat! Enjoy beautiful lake views, direct access to a sandy beach, and plenty of space to relax together. Perfect for swimming, lounging, or just soaking in the peaceful scenery—your getaway starts right in the backyard. 🌊🏖️ Our spacious home is a perfect getaway from everyday life, suitable for families with our without kids, ski vacation . The home features 3 bedrooms total of 4 queen and 4 twin bed we have a baby crib plus a pack and play 2 full baths, a stone wood burning fireplace and a wood burning stove, stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchen, fire pit, screened deck with gas grill, smart TV with Netflix,amazon videos ,video controllers to play PlayStation 4 ,FREE Wi-Fi, pool table,air hockey table, football table dart board for adults and kids, poker table we also have a canoe 🛶 Life jackets for kids and adults ,we also provide with the rental Fire wood and propane Clean and press linens and bath and beach towels are also available for your use included in the cleaning fee with so much more and if you want to know more about our house you just have to take a minute and read our reviews. ★ COMMUNITY ACCESS & FEES ★ There are additional community amenities that you can use for a surcharge. These fees are paid directly to the community upon arrival. ✔ LLV WHIRSTBANDS: If you plan to use the Village amenities, wristbands are mandatory. We do provide eight complimentary badges for our guests. (CHILDREN UNDER 12 ARE FREE!). ✔ As per LLV regulations, guests will need to provide a list of guests and their vehicles about one week before check-in. I'll send you registration instructions upon booking. Guest access Aside from the lake and swimming beach and playground from our backyard, within the Locust Village community there are: 3 Lakes (stocked with fish), 2 additional swimming beaches with lifeguards throughout the summer. Boating (non-motor), boat rental available near the recreation store. Kayaking, Fishing and Ice fishing. The community has its own small ski area with a T-bar lift and lodge perfect for beginners, a baseball field, a basketball court, shuffleboard, bocci ball, swings, seesaws, sliding boards and picnic areas. ★ COMMUNITY ACCESS & FEES ★ There are additional community amenities that you can use for a surcharge. These fees are paid directly to the community upon arrival. ✔ CAR FEE: $5 per vehicle valid for the duration of your stay and specific to each car registered; not transferable. ✔ LLV WHIRSTBANDS: If you plan to use the Village amenities, wristbands are mandatory. We do provide six complimentary badges for our guests. If you need more, there is an $ 9/per person per day badge, and they can be purchased in the main office upon arrival (CHILDREN UNDER 12 ARE FREE!). ✔ As per LLV regulations, guests will need to provide a list of guests and their vehicles about one week before check-in.
