Security is strict inside the compound with 24 hr CCTV and alarm system. Cleaning is done only upon checking in and checking out. Basic necessity is provided. Microwave, ref., oven toaster, kettle. Bathroom are provided with towels,hot and cold showers. Water pressure here in always very good anytime of the day. A small laundry area is provided inside. But if you need bigger laundry area to hang your clothes . We have open space outside for you. If you need laundry we have a lady to do that or cleaning of the unit.( with a fee).upon request subject to availability. laundry store is just walking distance. Internet is unlimites 3mbps. Guest access Public transportations like taxis , motorelas.are available outside the gate. Going to the major. Malls takes only 5-10 mins. "GRAB" app can also be downloaded. And taxi will be available immediatly outside your doorstep without the hassle of waiting outside the gate. Other things to note Cleaning and laundry can be done with an additional minimal fee.
