Located in historic Ballarat East not far from the Eureka Stockade and short drive to Sovereign Hill - Fernleigh is ideal as a couples retreat. A 1912 Victorian home with a contemporary modern touch, Fenleigh House is full of artworks and furniture classics. Newly renovated with all the modern comforts. The living/dining room leads to an enormous deck with views across the valley. A Sonos sound system is throughout the house so you can enjoy you favourite tunes while you are away from home. The space Fernleigh house was recently renovated, blending beautiful aspects of the original Victorian-era period features with an eclectic mix of contemporary furniture and artworks. The dining area overlooks views over the valley with bifold doors opening to a large deck, ideal for drinking craft beer, wine and enjoying each other's company. We know that music makes a home, which is why we've also fitted the house with a Sonos home sound system that guests can control over 24 million tracks with their smartphone, once they're on the wifi network. Luxuriate by candle light in the full length bath while listening to your favourite tunes. The bathroom and kitchen are adorned with subway tiles and stainless steel appliances. Cooking facilities are in place, but we would recommend heading out to the many restaurants, cafes and pubs that Ballarat has to offer. Guest access Guests get access to the entire house. One room is locked and reserved for the owner who does not stay when the house is booked.
