A beautiful location in rural Wales offering peace & tranquillity and yet only half a mile from the A484 midway between the towns of Carmarthen & Cardigan. Within easy reach of the wonderful coast, in an area full of history, culture and adventure. NB This room has a zip & link bed that can be set up as either superking size or two twins. We have another room in the same building with a King Size Bed - Waunwthan Bed & Breakfast (MR). Booking both rooms would enable 4 people to be together. The space Woodland Room - The Space & Location The house is a converted barn in a fabulous and secluded rural location yet within half a mile of the main ‘A’ road (A484) mid way between Carmarthen and Cardigan. It is set in within an old farmstead and includes two and half acres of woodland and ponds which provide a peaceful and tranquil space for you to walk in. We often have sheep grazing and always have our chatty chickens roaming around. It is dark (no street lighting!) and on clear nights the stars are spectacular and the milky way is often to be seen. We love the nights when the moon is full and the sky cloudless. Kites and Buzzards are regular visitors and in the summer we have our own flock of Swallows and of Bats that nest and breed around our various buildings. We have two bedrooms that are each en-suite with freeview TV and wi-fi, and have a comfortable sitting area. This room (the Woodland Bedroom) has the option of a SuperKingsize or twin beds. The other room (Meadow Bedroom) has a Kingsize bed. There is external space to sit and enjoy the peace and fresh air (and the stars). Each room is also supplied with a kettle and a selection of hot drinks together with biscuits, fruit and sweets. There are books and DVD’s for you to borrow whilst you are here. Guest access Guest Access & Facilities There is plenty of parking on site and a lock up bicycle/motor cycle store with facility to wash either. We understand the need for drying facilities and can also do a washing load for a small charge. Each of the two bedrooms has its own access from outside and its own internal room key. Come and go as you please!
