Country house Cozzena - Barbera Apartment

Just open the door that overlooks the courtyard to go back in time, breathe the authenticity of a bucolic and familiar past. The Barbera apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and has direct access to the internal courtyard, where you can relax at sunset and enjoy a glass of wine from our cellar. Near the house you will find ample free parking. The house is located in Maslianico, a few kilometers from Switzerland, Cernobbio and Como. The space The apartment of about 60 square meters is spread over a single level on the ground floor, heated by underfloor heating. It consists of a large and bright living room with a seating area equipped with a double sofa bed, and a dining area with a table and kitchen. The bedroom, furnished with a desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers, accommodates a single bed and a French double bed in wrought iron. The bathroom is complete with a window and equipped with a large shower. After the renovation, we wanted to keep the original Lombard terracotta floors, and the ceilings with exposed beams. The house offers free wifi and a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. Other things to note The courtyard is shared by the two apartments, so there may be other guests.
