Sunflowerstudio: own kitchen & at the city center

This modern and comfortable room is located on the ground floor, has a private kitchen with cooking facilities, a double bed, bathroom with sink and shower, minibar. Coffee, tea and WiFi are free and parking is available on site. The studio is suitable for business guests. The room is close to the station (200m), Doornroosje (200m), the city theater (500m) and concert hall de Vereeniging (700m). The space The room has a good double bed (200x160) and a private kitchen. Of course, there is a dining area and enough seating space to make a pleasant stay possible. You share the toilet and bathroom with the tenants of our other studio (if it is rented). We also use the toilet when we are in our office space because it is also located here. For people with walking difficulties, all amenities are on the ground floor. Guest access You have access to your studio with a digital key. You will receive it a few days in advance. So you can arrive whenever you want. Don't have a smartphone? Then of course you get a real key :-) During your stay During the day, we may be present because our office space is in the same building. Furthermore, you have all the privacy because we do not live there ourselves (but only 5 minutes away. We are of course always available for your questions). If the other studio is also rented, you should also take those guests into account. Other things to note You probably already have all kinds of plans, but as a service we have collected some materials from the VVV for you. There are also some funny, little games and a stack of reading material waiting for you. We have one private parking space, but there are (still) plenty of options for free parking in the neighborhood.
