The house is situated 10 mins walk from the Medieval centre of Norwich where parts date back to Tudor times in which the Castle, Cathedral and Elm Hill are all highlights not to be missed. It is a few minutes walk from cafes, restaurants, shops and bars and offers a fantastic base to explore or work in Norwich and surrounding areas as it also offers easy access to all major routes. The space The house itself comprises of a 3 bedroom Victorian terrace newly and extensively renovated (Completed April 2018) which merges Victorian character and charm with contemporary styles to create a light, airy and cosy living space. A real home from home. The house consists of Master bedroom with a double bed and exposed brick fireplace, second bedroom with either twin beds that can be locked together to form a king size bed depending on your personal requirements and the third bedroom with a single day bed. The entire upstairs has plush carpets throughout. Downstairs features a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining room and lounge which have all been decorated in a stylish manor, complete with original wooden flooring, keeping in tradition to the house and offers a relaxing and peaceful stay. Guest access The outside of the house has a courtyard garden to the back and gravel to the front. Parking is permitted in the vicinity and details of where to park will be supplied on booking confirmation. Other things to note Here at The City Pad we are keen to encourage our guests to recycle. The house provides food waste recycling bins along with a large recycling bin for plastics, paper, glass etc. More details are provided in the handbook at the house.
