45 minutes from the cities on Magnor Lake on 45 acres with tons of wildlife. Great views, dock and access to the lake. Big front porch. 2 levels of 4000 square, comes with all kitchen supplies, pots/pans, charcoal/gas grills, towels, washer/dryers, everything! Optional pontoon rental for extra $250 per day of your stay, that price includes all the gas/oil/life jackets/etc. 4 wheeler/snowmobile trails close by. Many Bars/restaurants within minutes. Free WiFi, free coffee and some wood provided. The space House with everything but has the Cabin life feel to it. Close enough to anything from grocery stores, restaurants/bars, golf, bowling, casino, etc. 45 minutes from St. Paul. Great options to have a get away. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. 3 living rooms. Plenty of space 4000 square feet. 2 car garage for your use. Some corn provided to feed the wildlife. Guest access The whole house comes with Everything. Turn key, you just need to bring your food and beverage of choice. Has fire pits you can roast marshmallows or have bonfire. Dock is in the water to fish off or rent the pontoon if you want to joy ride or fish off of. Big front yard to play yard games l, sun yourself or just relax. Front porch comes with seating and extra seats available in garage. I have corn provided for you to feed the deer, turkeys, squirrels, etc. You will have a great time! Pontoon is optional, it is $250 extra per day of your stay, if you choose to have it. You will get the keys at check in and can drive it until you check out of your stay. That is a flat rate and covers all the gas, oil, life jackets, anchors, net, paddle and a blue tooth speak to listen to music. Great for fishing off of, sun tanning or just cruising. Very easy to run. I will show you how to run it and send you a video on how to run it. Other things to note Turtle lake casino is 7 miles away. Several bars/restaurants close by. Brewery and wineries close by. Outside and inside fire pit (some wood is provided). Plenty of parking. Dock for fishing or boat tie up. 3 tv’s with regular tv or Netflix. Public beach within walking distance.
