Quiet single room on the edge of Yateley

The space My house is tucked away on a quiet estate on the edge of Yateley next to open common and woodland. Open the back gate and you can walk over to Blackbushe Airport (20 minutes) for a latte or roam through Castle Bottom and see the unique setting for night jars, deer and maybe a pony or two. During summer months the sun rises behind the house and breakfast or just a coffee or tea is absolutely delightful. Guest access Guests have access to the lounge, kitchen and garden. If you wish to quietly watch TV any night rather than sit in your room I’m more than happy to accommodate your privacy. It’s a large enough house. During your stay I would love to be able to meet you on arrival but in case that’s not possible I have a key safe so you can come and go as you please. I acknowledge that not everyone wants to chat but I’m available if you need me, I will accept your need for privacy. Currently, I have two lodgers staying with me who are also sharing the space. Other things to note Although we have a bus service in Yateley, the use of a car is beneficial for getting around.
