Other things to note Let me now share with you a few practical details to facilitate your arrival After you’ve completed your booking, we will contact you on your favorite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation for any questions you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling, and helpful. Children are welcome, we can add a baby cot on request. We have a lovely team to take care of your needs. Our team and I have more than 10 years of experience to share with you. We can organize an airport pick-up for you. However, it is very easy to arrive here as everybody knows the famous Patong-Tower. The usual price that a taxi might ask would be 800THB. You can also use one of the mini-van services that cost 180THB/person but this is less convenient. We provide towels, and sets of soap, shower gels, etc... for each bathroom twice a week when our maids come to clean the place. Electricity is free, we are glad to offer it for free, however, we kindly ask our guests to turn off a/c while they are outside, and to closed the door and windows when they use them.
