Small House in a Medieval Mountain Village

My place is close to Beach, Skiing, Biking, public transport, Rome, Sulmona and Avezzano, nightlife. You’ll love my place because of It is a perfect place to base longer term ( 2 weeks or more) from. Direct Train Service to Rome and many midsize cities and small towns.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The space Goriano is located about 700 meters above sea level, so it is always "fresh and cool" in the mornings and evenings. We are only 50 KM from the Adriatic beaches and the cool evening breezes. The house is located in the centro storico (the medioval center of any Abruzzo mountain village) and so is quiet, but only a 2 minute walk to the central bar and the town's main Piazza. Guest access I live in my house in the spring and fall, so it is well equipped and fully stocked. Feel free to use what you find, and simply try to replace "in kind" anything you would like.
