My place is close: - Centre de Parcay Meslay - Tours center (12 minutes) - Tours airport (7 minutes) - highway exits (1st when arriving from Paris); easy and fast access A10, A28, A85 - Tours and St Pierre des Corps stations (10 minutes) - restaurants (cave restaurant 5 minutes away, gourmet restaurant L'Arche de Meslay 5 minutes away, 1 Michelin star restaurant 10 minutes away, etc...) - Loire chateaux - zoos (Beauval and La Flèche) - Vouvray vines (white wine) The space This very pleasant house is ideal for a WE or a week with family or friends, with its terrace, its 3 bedrooms and its billiard room (pool and American), for example to visit the castles of the Loire (Chenonceaux, Cheverny, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Amboise, Chambord, Chaumont, Blois,...), the futuroscope, the old Tours or the zoo of Beauval or that of the Flèche. You also have secure outdoor parking, a terrace, an equipped kitchen, a flat screen and free wifi. Guest access The home is 100% accessible! It has a private terrace, but open to the pool (heated as soon as the weather allows) Since 2 bedrooms are upstairs it is not suitable for people in wheelchairs. The owner's main residence is on the same site, but the outdoor areas are accessible to tenants (with the exception of the terrace of the main residence if we are present).
