This cozy suite is just steps away from the heart of Main Street, restaurants, and all the action St. Charles has to offer. The Ella Rose is a charming one-bedroom, with an open and airy living room and kitchen. It has natural light and high ceilings throughout. It's farmhouse cottage decor makes for a relaxing place to rest. Come sit and listen to the music of our outdoor bubbler rock. The space ~ Completely renovated. This is a historic brick home that has been subdivided into 3 apartments. ~ It is perfect for being so close to Main Street yet having your own space to get away. ~ ~Sparkling clean. We have taken our already high cleaning standards to a whole new level since the spring of 2020. All surfaces are disinfected consistently, including fabrics and linens. ~ Enjoy streaming movies on the new 50-inch wall-mounted TV in the bedroom, with a nice variety of streaming channels. ~ Plug in and charge your phone or tablet next to the bed on the nightstand. ~ The Kitchen has everything you need for basic food prep such as a small stove, full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, plates, cups, and wine glasses. ~ Check out our sister property next door, in the same historic home… Pop Lucks Guest Suite. Rodney Guest access ~ Guests have this entire apartment to themselves and do not have to share it with anyone else. ~ Guests have their own private entry and door into the apartment. ~ The Ella Rose has an open kitchen/living area and includes a small kitchen table. ~ The unit comes with one bedroom, a small closet, as well as a bathroom with a tub/shower, toilet, sink, and mirror. If you look out of the windows in the bedroom over the backyard, you can catch glimpses of Main Street as our property backs up to the backs of the shops on Main Street. Our place is about 60 steps from the Heart of Main Street and less than 3 blocks from the Katy Trail and the Missouri River. Easy walking distance to excellent restaurants, specialty coffee and ice cream shops, and boutique shopping. Other things to note ~ The Ella Rose Guest Suite is located on 2nd Street. ~ Please remember that it is an apartment not a hotel. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we are not living onsite. ~ Normally Street parking works the best for this Guest Suite, and often a parking space can be found a few feet from the front door on either side of 2nd Street. But occasionally, during festivals or high traffic times, if parking is difficult to find, feel free to message Kristi for other potential options.
