The bedroom is located on the second floor of our house, with a bed for 2 people and 1 bed for 1 person, with the bathroom and toilet on the landing, which you will only share if the second bedroom is occupied. Your room is located near the university hub, between 10 and 20 minutes' walk from the UTT, IUT, EPF, MIFA, IUMM, Compagnons du Devoir, and the Christian High School of Troyes. The space Our house is located in a quiet area, while being close to everything. We live 500 meters from a bus station, supermarket, pharmacy, doctor's office, two fast food restaurants, a hairdresser. Clothing outlet stores are within a 5-minute drive, and downtown is about 10 minutes away. Guest access Guests have unlimited access to a mezzanine with kettle, tea, coffee and they can access our microwave to heat up a dish. The upstairs bathroom will be shared if the second bedroom is rented at the same time. Guests can enjoy the garden, its lounge and deckchair, and the terrace.
