Stunning Lakefront paradise & great views!

Our home is on a gorgeous picturesque lake with everything that lake has to offer. Fishing, boat, pedal boat, kayaks, canoe, fire pit, inflatable floats, hammock, two patios and more. 20 min to Camelback mountain, 20 min to Kalhari Resorts, 20 min to Tannersville Shopping Outlets, close to local farms, Walmart and other stores. Many local attractions, including rafting, hiking and biking trails. Community has a beach and pool, tennis courts and a children's play park with slides and swings. The space ***The fireplace is electric*** The house comfortably sleeps 14 people but can accommodate a few more on a sofa or air mattress. There are 4 bedrooms, #1 with king bed and a baby crib, #2 with a queen bed, #3 with a bunk bed that is full over twin with another twin pull out, #4 the same as #3, and a twin over twin trundle bed in the upstairs living area. There are also two folding sofas that can be moved around the house for privacy and a couch in the living room. There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower/tub and the other with shower only. You have access to washer/dryer all in one unit. Also, 2 living room areas with TVs and couches and board games, books and puzzles. Cable and internet available, can connect to Netflix and other applications on TVs (free of charge). TV in the bedrooms downstairs with king and queen beds. Beds are made with fresh linens but please bring your own towels. Outside you'll find two patios, one in the front and one in the back of the house. Both have sitting areas so you can enjoy your time. Down by the lake we have a pergola with a swing and chairs, hammock and fire pit. You can turn the lights on by the lake if that's where you're enjoying your evenings. There's a picnic table and hammock by the lake and volleyball net set up in the backyard. It's a must see! Come and see it for yourself! Guest access Once booked, please send me your name and address and names of all drivers. The drivers have to stop by the community building to receive entry passes that let you in and out of the gates throughout the stay. The community beach and pool are about 5 min walk from the house, beach is free but you have to purchase pool bracelets at the booth by the pool, it costs $12 per person. Tennis courts are about 5 min drive away. You have access to the garage with all lake and fishing equipment. Please understand that the house is rented back to back throughout summer and if any repairs need to be done you might be shortly inconvenienced by repair crew even if you’re not the one complaining about the issue, that is any AC issues, washer and dryer or dishwasher, etc. Other things to note Fishing equipment available, boat, kayaks, canoe, pool noodles and big floats to use on the lake
