My apartment, located in an old castle in the heart of an estate, will allow you to enjoy a private and green park at the gates of Paris. The capital is accessible in 20 min by RER (apartment located 10-minute walk from the train station). You can get to Eurodisney in 40 min by car (also accessible by RER). The duplex apartment, with an area of 105 m2, includes a triple living room with park views, and open kitchen. Lockbox if required. The space On the first floor, 2 bedrooms each with a shower room, and a 3rd bedroom with its separate bathroom, and 2 sofa beds on the ground floor (8 beds in total). Two parking spots will be reserved for you. Other things to note I provide bed linen, soap, cleaning products (linen and dishes), toilet paper and bath towels. There's also a coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker. Don't forget your Nespresso capsules (to preserve the machine)! I can order them if needed :-) On the other hand, Smoking (cigarettes, hookah, etc.) is strictly prohibited in this place. The cleaning fee allows me to buy household products, laundry, etc. I ask you to leave the apartment in the same clean state in the Airbnb spirit. The law requires that any harmful noise considered as disturbance of the neighborhood or disturbance of the peace at night be reprimanded by a fine of €450, at the expense of the tenant occupying the apartment on the date of the facts.
