Only 400 m from the nerve center of Canet, everything is within walking distance: to the beach, beach clubs, restaurants, bars and shops. Very bright apartment, located on the 3rd and top floor without elevator access, with balcony and unobstructed views. A warm and lively place, ideal for respectful travelers looking for the sea and serenity. The space This is my year-round place of residence. Some of my personal belongings will therefore be present in the apartment. I will of course make sure to leave you space to store your belongings and settle in comfortably during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can use the basic products provided. I will also leave room in the cupboards and refrigerator so you can easily store your own food there. Bed linen and towels are provided: you won't have to worry about them or pack them in your suitcase Guest access This is the entire place Other things to note ⚠️ Very important note This apartment is our year-round home. This is not a listing intended exclusively for vacation rentals. The building is very quiet and I absolutely ask for absolute respect for the neighbors. Any noise (music, parties, late noise) is strictly prohibited. I will be uncompromising on this point, as well as on compliance with the instructions given. Please also keep in mind that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. I count on responsible guests who respect the place and its environment.
