Unit has kitchenette with full fridge, microwave, Coffee maker, toaster oven and single burner. Attached to my home by just a 4' shared wall to a hallway which is insulated. Private entrance, patio and small fenced area. Lost of room for parking. Rural working farm just minutes from Yakima. Watch horses graze off the patio. Tieton is a small town covered with orchards. Wood bench, two sitting chairs, dining table/chair and desk with chair. TV with Roku. heat/air temp is set in main home. Glad to set to guest comfort. Space heater in bathroom as well. Heat/air temperature controlled in main house. Winter is set to 70 in day and turned down to 67 at 10 pm and back up at 6 am. I am glad to work around your preferences.
