Private Room in 3 bedroom - Nalu House Hossegor

Have your private room in a charming 3 bedroom house (Nalu House Hossegor). The kitchen, bathroom, living/dining room and the garden are shared. Enjoy the view onto the golf from the living room and terrace, in the back of the garden there’s a door that gives you access to the Golf. All 3 bedrooms are available for bookings on airbnb. From the house you can cycle or walk along the avenue du golf to the centre of Hossegor, it is 2km away and 4km to the beach. The space The house (60's) is standing on it's own, with a garden around it. There is one neighbouring house, the other neighbour is the golf course. In the back of the garden runs a river. Out the front is the street that runs from Capbreton to Soorts-Hossegor is, so both are easy accessible. There are many roads that lead to the house so it's easy to avoid traffic in the peak of the season. Guest access From your bedroom you have access to the living room, which is a shared space, so is the bathroom, kitchen and garden... There is a 2nd hot shower and toilet outdoors, under the staircase. During your stay I can give you tips and information about the area, where to go and what to do, etc... you can ask me anything. You probably see me come and go but I'm easily tempted for a coffee or tea, a sunset drink and a good laugh! Other things to note You can bring your canoe or stand up paddle board because you can paddle up and down the river (le bourret) from mid to high tide. The river runs in the back of the garden and it goes all the way to the harbour of Capbreton and to Angresse. The Lake of Hossegor is also great for stand up paddle boarding. If you want to rent Bicycles, there are several shops in town, or ask me and I can send you information about the selection of bikes and prices etc.. some shops offer to drop the bikes at the house and pick them up at the end of your stay. You can cross the street and walk into 'les barthes' a natural reserve, it's beautiful early mornings and around sunset, it has a great diversity of birds.
