DC Wharf, Anthem, National Mall & three Metro stations are within a 10-minute walk. The first floor is all yours. Very private. Your bathroom is stocked with amenities. Always fresh towels, clean sheets on a queen-size bed. Closets, wifi, laundry, courtyard view. Full access to the living room, dining room & kitchen on the second floor. We live on the third floor. Start the day with a fresh-ground coffee and a homemade breakfast. Happy to adjust to personal preferences and dietary restrictions. Guest access The living room has a floor-to-ceiling bay window overlooking a courtyard with trees, shrubs, bird feeders and privacy. It's a great place to relax, and we welcome and encourage you to take advantage of it. The kitchen is all yours. Whether you want to bake a cake, prepare a bouillabaisse, or simply warm up something in the microwave, our kitchen- its appliances and ingredients are available to you. Of course, you're welcome to enjoy your meal in the dining room. We'll provide you with plenty of bath towels, soaps and other bathroom items. There is a washer and dryer on the first floor, and you're welcome to use it as often as you need. We'll provide laundry soap. There is a parking space, just outside the door, and you're welcome to it.
