The expansive living and dining area includes: • An 8-seater dining table • Comfortable leather lounges and occasional chairs • Indoor wood fireplace for cosy winter nights The adjoining gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stone benchtops and stainless-steel European appliances. Sliding doors open onto a wrap-around deck with an outdoor dining setting for 8 – the perfect spot for alfresco meals, sunset drinks, and wildlife watching. A second living room with large TV and DVD player leads to 4 generous sized bedrooms, 3 of which have flexible bedding (king or twin singles) and built-in robes, plus a sleek shared bathroom. The master suite features a walk-in robe and an ensuite of generous proportions. Other Things to Note • The house operates on a septic system and accommodates a maximum of 8 guests (including toddlers). • A starter supply of firewood is provided for one fire per night during winter.
