Great location, 5-10 minutes from Uptown Normal, Rivian and Illinois State University. Amazing discounts for traveling professionals booking longer stays. Guests describe this place as having a warm, homey feel. Here you get a good night's sleep, a kitchen to cook in, a laundry room, a desk to work at... a home away from home. This is a 3-bedroom townhouse. You will most likely share the place with other guests. The space Small-ish bedroom in a shared townhouse close to campus. Pretty much everything is provided for you - laundry, cooking stuff, bathroom stuff, etc. Guest access You have access to everything except other people's bedrooms and the basement (that's a suite unto itself). During your stay I don't live at this property but I'm there often. Let me know if you need anything. Other things to note Ask about our special rates for long-term guests. We typically don't clean your room during your stay, but we do offer it as an added service. The cost is $$50/hr. You're also welcome to use the vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies we have here for free. All guests are required to send their ID to the host prior to check-in. All guests with fewer than 4 5-star reviews must submit to a background check prior to booking
