It is an up-and-coming neighborhood, but it's in the City of Scottsdale, one of the safest cities in the country! Less than 10 minutes drive or bike to tons of restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Each unit in the complex is on the smaller side. Each unit has a private yard, doggie door, and a private washer/dryer. Guest access You have full access to the entire condo and common community areas. If you have kids, we have a pack n play and high chair if you want to borrow. Let us know ahead of time so we reserve it for you! Other things to note We use Glade air fresheners for the units. Most of our guests love it, but if you’re sensitive to fragrance we’ll gladly remove it and do our best to air out the scent before your arrival. These units are professionally treated for pest control. Please let us know if you see anything so we can have the unit treated right away.
