Fortuna Guest House is a hotel structure with 6 large rooms, all with private bathrooms and equipped with every comfort. They have a refrigerator, air conditioner/heat pump, closet and very comfortable beds. A water kettle, hairdryer, shower, shower, shower, and towels are available in the room. The entrance to the structure and rooms is completely independent. We are only a 15 minute walk from downtown, free street parking is great for visiting Syracuse and province. The space Fortuna Guest House is a family run property consisting of six spacious rooms of 18 m2 one and all with private bathroom in the room. This structure has been recently refurbished to offer a pleasant stay to all our visitors, so we offer large, spacious, bright, elegant, modern rooms, equipped with every comfort and three of which with a balcony. The property also offers a large terrace where you can enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The rooms all have a separate entrance so you can move around in complete autonomy. Fortuna Guest House is located in the "Santa Lucia" neighborhood, the second historic district of Syracuse, also called "Borgata", built in 1885 when the development and expansion of the city to the north began. Here is also the church of Santa Lucia al Sepolcro. The Guest House is strategically located as it allows you to walk a few minutes by foot to the island of Ortigia as the historic center of the city. It also has a small beach and a cliff just 200 meters away for a dip in the sea. A 10 km long bike path offers you the opportunity to walk along the north coast of the city with breathtaking views of the sea. Parking is all public and free. The area is particularly convenient for those who travel by car as unlike Ortigia it is not a ZTL (restricted traffic zone). From here you can reach various places of interest such as the Greek theater, the Orecchio di Dionysus, so the entire archaeological part of the city but also many beach areas and the entire province of Syracuse such as Noto, Pachino, Marzamemi, San Lorenzo, etc... all a few kilometers away.
