It has an air conditioning unit, Hi-speed WIFI, smart TV and a telephone for city calls only. You can cook for yourselves where the kitchenette is equipped with standard appliances, basic cooking tools and eating utensils. Our bathroom is with toilet bidet and hot/cold shower. Guest access Guests can access the luxurious lobby area, mall in the building, supermarket ( Savemore) at the ground floor, restaurants, Watsons, basement parking space with a fee (300/24 hours shouldered by the renter) and 24/7 security with CCTV in the building. Other things to note Check-in documents to present: * Please present a printed copy of the booking confirmation upon entry/check-in. ( Effective May 1, 2024)), * Guests must drop their printed booking receipts into the designated drop box located at the lobby upon arrival. * A valid ID will be ask for verification. Check-in time anytime after 2:00 PM Check-out by 12:00 noon Parking fee is Php 300/24 hours (multiple entry) payable to Cedar Peak upon entry or paying booth located in basement 1 near the elevator. Keep your ticket, person-in-charge/guard might check it when you go out and get in the parking building. Kindly turn off the air-conditioning unit when you leave the unit. When making booking reservation, be sure you register the correct and exact number of guest/s during your stay. Additional fee is charge after 2 guests. Please double check your reservation details before booking. Our unit can accommodate up to 5 guests.
