The main home is set all on one level in a traditional cape style with four sets of french double doors along its entire frontage. The doors open out onto the expansive outdoor entertainment areas, with the swimming pool, firepit & barbeque and outdoor dining table, the jewels within the beautiful established garden. The home is north facing ensuring long hours of direct sun and natural light late into the evenings. With beautiful views of Hout Bay Valley & Table Mountain National Park, this makes for a wonderful base from which to explore Cape Town. The main home has 3 bedrooms, spacious open plan living & high ceilings with lots of natural light and neutral tranquil décor. The large master bedroom has a walk in ensuite with freestanding bath and walk in rain shower. The open plan kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need for a home from home. The second dwelling is guest cottage is footsteps away from the main house & has 2 bedrooms. It is a fully contained unit with its own kitchen, open plan lounge and walk in shower. There are many comfortable outdoor seating options to relax & enjoy the garden with its water fountain and abundant bird life that visit the garden. Guest access This home is located in a cul de sac in a quiet residential area. There is one sliding driveway gate as the entrance to the grounds. Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note Linen/ Towels are changed every 7 days for each booking. Additional housekeeping services may be available on certain days, subject to discussion The swimming pool is serviced weekly on a Thursday. A garden service attends twice per month. if this falls during your booking you will be notified at the time of the booking request.
