This home sits on one of the largest beaches in Santa Cruz county, the beach is private, therefore you are allowed to have bon fires on the sand. Great fun for making s’mores over an open fire, we do not provide a fire ring. Great location, centrally located between Santa Cruz and Monterey so you can enjoy all the wonderful sights the Monterey Bay has to offer. Whale watching, kayaking, fishing, hiking, The Boardwalk and Monterey Bay Aquarium all just a short drive away. Guest access This property offers ample parking, for up to 4 vehicles, passes provided by Cheshire Rio. There is a washer and dryer located off the side deck for your use along with a few beach supplies. Guest will have full access to the home, you will be provided with a gate remote and code to enter to private gated community upon check in. Other things to note This home can be rented Saturday to Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor day. 7 night minimum year around. Please inform us prior to arrival if you will be arriving after 5pm, as there are special check in procedures for an after hours check in. Must check in and out through Cheshire Rio office, located just a two minute drive away. We supply a starter pack of supplies including paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies. Plenty for a weeks stay depending on your group size, we do not provide laundry detergent. Please feel free to reach out about specifically what we provide by phone call or messenger. KEYS: No keys will be issued to anyone under the age of 21 NO FIREWORKS: Fireworks are illegal and use of them will result in eviction from property and forfeiture of your deposit ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING; if you must smoke, please do so outside with the doors and windows closed. Smoking in the properties, or evidence of smoke in the properties will result in forfeiture of your deposit. NO PETS ALLOWED, except in designated properties. Violation of the pet rules may result in forfeiture of your deposit. WIFI, CABLE, PGE RECEPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED BY CHESHIRE RIO REALTY. Refunds are not normally given if these services are interrupted during your stay by the service provider. ITEMS THAT MAY RESULT IN AN EXTRA CHARGE: EXTRA HOUSEKEEPING FEES IF YOU STAY MULTIPLE WEEKS: WE WILL CHANGE OUT LINENS WEEKLY TO KEEP THEM FROM GETTING OVERLY SOILED.
