🌈🌟☀️This is a bright, spacious, recently renovated private room with an attached bath in a well appointed & located flat .There is a large partially covered sit-out ( only area for smoking ) with 🌸🌹flowers and foliage. This safe and secure building in an upmarket neighbourhood has video camera controlled access. House keeping / cleaning at least five times a week. Mosquito proof. The space This is a two bedroom apartment, very tastefully done-up for guests. Each bedroom is on offer as a separate listing , and the full house too is available again as a different listing. All modern amenities are provided including separate hot water heaters in each bathroom, an individual air conditioner in each room and a common washing machine. There is an ironing board and an iron in each room. House keeping is done 5 times weekly. Clean fresh linen is provided for all guests. For long-term stays linen will be changed twice - weekly. The kitchen is available with basic amenities like a gas cook-top , microwave , oven & fridge . The facility has a backup power supply for 3/4 hours which powers a fan light and a few mobile charging points. It is an automatic changeover system requiring no guest intervention . Guests are requested not to arrange parties or get-togethers on the premises , and to keep music and discussion at low volumes. Guests are requested to be mindful of fellow guests' and neighbours' sensibilities and not appear in the common areas in bikinis/underwear. Guest access Kanchan Galli is a comparatively broad lane with odd/ even day parking scheme, at most times it is not a problem locating a four wheeler parking. During your stay I am always available on my mobile and email. I stay in the apartment below in the same building . I am available for any on the spot trouble shooting. Other things to note The entire apartment is also listed as "Happy Family Holiday Home". Please check with us about pets , as guests in the other bedroom may not be comfortable. There will be an extra charge for pets.
