This three bedroom condo is fully furnished. Located 5 minutes drive to Nuvali where malls ( Solenad 1-3) , local and international restaurants are located. Tagaytay, one of the tourist attractions in the Philippines known for its scenic views and volcano is just approximately 30 minutes away. It is at the top floor of the building with unobstructed view . Paintings created by the owner are displayed in the unit. It is a 3 bedroom unit which can comfortably accommodate 4 people. In case there will be more than 4 occupants, 2 floor double mattress will be made available with extra pillows , bed linens and towels. Maximum capacity is 8 pax.
