The place is very quiet, surrounded by pine trees which provide a lot of natural shade and breeze and it's just 5 minutes walk to the beach. The space The apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lush garden with tall pines that bring, at all hours of the day, plenty of natural light and sun. The living area is very spacious and comfortable; there is a sofa bed that ideally sleeps one, a large dining table for six people, a hammock if you want to relax while watching a movie, reading or listening to your favorite music from the vintage stereo set. The kitchen is fully functional with all the pots and pans needed to prepare meals; there is also a small balcony for romantic dinners for two, if desired. For warmer periods there is a portable air conditioner with overflow pipe, which is installed on the window on the ground floor. Can also be used as a dehumidifier. Lower floor: large double bedroom and room with 2 bunk beds. The rooms are furnished with fresh linens. Bathroom is renovated with modern glass walk-in shower and filled with essentials. There are in the bedrooms two dehumidifiers that work automatically to maintain control of humidity level, being on the sea and in the woods. Free parking available 24/7; the apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Lecciona, famous for its sand dunes. Supermarket nearby, several restaurants, bathrooms and a couple of bicycle rental available in the area; buses to the center of Viareggio on the main road, train station with trains going to Viareggio or Pisa just 20 minutes walk from the apartment; easy to reach all the famous nearby cities (Lucca 40 minutes, Pietrasanta 20/30 minutes, Florence 45/50 minutes, Forte dei Marmi 20/30 minutes by car).
