Spread love, it’s the Brooklyn way! I was born and raised here in Williamsburg, and I’m looking forward to sharing my apartment with you and helping you have an amazing Brooklyn experience. This is a perfect place to stay while in town for work, interviews, a conference, or while apartment hunting. Your stay here is hosted in accordance with the updated 2023 NYC regulations and has been approved. It is a true shared listing, a private room in a shared space in my full-time residence. The space This is my full time residence, and I hope you’ll enjoy being here as much as I do! The living space is my favorite part of the apartment - you get beautiful sunlight during the day! The residential, tree-lined block is relaxed, but only a few blocks walk from a blend of old-school and new-school shops and restaurants with a uniquely Brooklyn feel. Guest access You’ll have full access to the living space, kitchen, and bathroom (shared with me). Make yourself at home! I only ask that you treat the apartment the way you’d want someone to treat your own home. My bedroom and office are the only off-limits spaces in the apartment, and should not interfere with your stay. Please do not bring additional guests who are not on the reservation to the apartment. During your stay I’ll be staying at the apartment while you are here. I own a holistic fitness business, and see many of my clients virtually. My office and bedroom are on the far side of the apartment, and won’t interfere with your sleep or your time in the common spaces of the apartment. You may see me popping out to cook meals or use the bathroom, but I’ll stay out of your way as much as possible! I’m always accessible to answer your questions (just message me via the AirBnB app), and I’m happy to give you recommendations based on your interests. **The stay limit is based on NYC laws for short term rentals. If you are interested in a longer stay, please message me, I’m happy to chat about it!** Other things to note The closet in the bedroom has some storage space I’m using, but 2/3 of it is available for you. The window AC in the common space is the main cooling unit, as the bedroom does not have a window, you can leave the bedroom door open should you need extra cooling for that space. There is also a tower fan in the bedroom. I have an Alaskan Klee Kai, Luna, who you may meet during your stay. She’s super friendly, and mostly hangs out in my room/office as opposed to the common space, but you’ll see us if we are in the common spaces for meals, etc. You may hear some little puppy noises!
