As you open the big wooden door and leave the streets, you'll cross the building's courtyard with its water-well, climb the ancient stone stairwell one floor to find a comfortable open space with a high wooden-beam ceiling and a small mezzanine, for relaxing after the city tours. The apartment has just been fully renovated . Everyone welcome! The space This is a 35mq/380sq.ft apartment composed by a large semi-open space. The high ceiling, the wooden beams, the thick masonry walls, the trace of a large medieval arch, and its peculiar plan speak of the medieval history of the building. The space is organized into a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a small dressing/storage space and, across a double arched opening, the kitchen and eating place, a bathroom, and a small mezzanine with a single bed/sofa bed. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a sink, cookers, a fridge with a freezer, a table seating 2+2, and plenty of storage units. The bathroom is a cosy space under a wooden ceiling, with a wc, bidet, a wash-basin on an Italian marble countertop, and a shower created in a masonry niche; it is equipped with a full set of towels, soap, shampoo, a hair-drier... Two windows overlook a peaceful interior courtyard. Guest access You will be feeling at home: the entire apartment will be entirely yours. Check-in is between 14am and 8pm.
