And all this at the foot of the lush Saja-Besaya Nature Reserve. There are community areas such as the garden, the barbecue area, the dining room, a small office with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and water heater. There is also an area with a washing machine, dryer, and clothesline. Other things to note Maria's house is a typical Montañesa Casona that Maria has restored and shares with her guests. There are also next to the main house, two independent accommodations: La Casita and El Apartamento Rural. Sometimes Maria hosts events in the house and also rents the entire Casona to a large group of guests. Maria is a fan of secondhand recovery and has a space where she exhibits some of her most recent restorations.
